To kick-start the process, clients provide us with their project brief, outlining their vision, objectives, and budget. This helps us understand the project's scope and tailor our services accordingly.
After reviewing the brief and budget, we send an estimated cost to the client. This estimate is not a final quote, as additional options or clarifications may be needed.
We arrange a pre-production meeting to discuss the project in detail. Following the meeting, we provide an accurate quote that reflects the project's specific requirements.
Once the client approves the quote, we require a 50% deposit to begin the pre-production process. This includes developing the script, creating storyboards or shot lists, scouting locations, casting talent, planning lighting and shooting, and hiring necessary equipment.
After completing the shoot, we move on to post-production. For packages that include revisions, we first send a rough cut without colour grading to ensure the sequence is accurate. Then, we send a second version with colour grading, titles, graphics, and other required elements.
Upon receiving approval of the final edit, the client is required to pay the remaining 50% of the project fee. Once the payment is received, we provide a download link for the client to access their video files in the required technical specifications.
